14-Day Returns

To request a return:

• The item should be returned in its original condition
• All packaging, accessories, and included materials must be returned
• Proof of purchase is required
  

Once you notify us of your return request, you will have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your smart ring arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required under UK law.

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns if:

• The product has been damaged through misuse
• Items are returned incomplete
• The product shows excessive wear beyond normal inspection
