Which App i can use to connect?
Please use Q Ring App is available on the user manual as QR that you can scan and download it.
How do i connect for the first time?
- Download the free App from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).
- Unbox the ring and charge cable. Plug the charging cable into a USB power source, such as a laptop or USB charger. Put your ring on the charging cable, the LED will blink to indicate that your ring is ready to be paired.
- If you purchased a ring with a charging case, please put the ring into the charging case to charge. The LED will blink to indicate that your ring is ready to be paired.
- Make sure that your phone's Bluetooth and GPS is enabled.
- Open Qring, click “Bind immediately”, and accept the permissions requested by the App.
Once the ring’s signal is found, click it to complete the connection, you can always go back to the video on top.
Can I use it without connecting to the app?
Smart Ring can store up to 7 days of data. It can still be used even if it is disconnected.
How to use it to monitor your sleep?
- If the ring is not worn and enters sleep mode, QRing will not generate sleep data after the ring synchronizes with QRing.
- The ring records sleep data at night and cannot record sleep during the day.
- The user wears a ring and starts recording (deep sleep, light sleep, wakefulness, etc.) within 30 minutes of lying down, and ends sleep monitoring after waking up.
- All sleep records will be viewed on the QRing sleep interface after the ring is synchronized with QRing.
Is the ring waterproof?
The ring can easily cope with daily waterproofing, and supports wearing it for swimming, washing hands, rain, etc., to meet your various waterproofing needs. Note: Please take off the ring and wash it after bathing to avoid skin damage caused by residual toiletries inside the ring.
Is it available for iOS and Android?

How long does the ring last?
Under normal use, the ring's battery can last for 3 to 5 days.
After downloading APP, the ring Bluetooth information cannot be searched？
The ring is turned off by default when it leaves the factory. After unpacking, it needs to be charged and activated for the first time. During the charging and activation, the charging indicator on the ring will turn red, indicating that the ring is turned on. For the first use, please keep charging for more than 1 hour until the charging indicator on the ring turns green.
Why does App show disconnect every time I open it?
Due to the consideration of saving system resources, some mobile phone systems may disable Ring‘s APP that users have not set up background protection in the background. Therefore, please refer to the background protection guide and enable APP's background protection function. If APP is already turned on and still shows disconnected, it is possible that the ring has shut down due to low battery. Please charge it before reconnecting.
Why did I start walking but the ring did not start counting steps?
In order to reduce the user's daily activities, such as typing on the keyboard, playing poker, and other frequent hand activities, which cause the ring's step counting error, the ring sets a threshold. When the number of steps reaches 10 in a row, the step counting will officially start, and the real-time step count in the QRing main interface will change.
Under what circumstances will the data be automatically connected and synchronized?
After the user completes the first ring binding, when the APP is opened again, the ring will automatically connect to APP and start synchronizing data;

Can I wear the ring while taking a shower?
Sure, the ring is 5ATM waterproof. But please try not to use it in complex water environments (such as hot springs, seawater). If the ring contacts seawater, please rinse it with fresh water as soon as possible to avoid corrosion of the metal material on the ring by the salt in the seawater, resulting in poor contact of the ring charging position.
Why can't the app display the health index?
The health index is obtained by comprehensively evaluating the sleep, exercise, stress, heart rate and blood oxygen data collected by the ring. Among them, sleep data is the most basic data. If the wearing time is too short or there is no sleep data, the health index cannot be generated. It is recommended that you continue to wear the ring to unlock your health index.
How to use the camera function?
Keep the Bluetooth connection between the ring and the mobile phone; click the remote photo button in APP; shake the hand wearing the ring lightly to complete the photo.
PS. For the first use, you need to allow permission to call the system camera according to the QRing prompt.

For optimal performance and accuracy, itis recommended that you wear the ring on the index finger of your non dominant hand. If you wear it on your middle and ring fingers, the heart rate sensor should be located on the palm of your hand, and the ring should be comfortably placed close to the skin at the base of your fingers. Please try to keep the inside of the ring dry when wearing it, and avoid soaking the skin of the finger wearing area with sweat or other liquids for along time, which may cause skin damage.
Will historical data be lost after losing or uninstalling the ring and reinstalling QRing?
lf QRing is uninstalled and reinstalled, the data saved locally by QRing will be lost. Recommend users to register for QRing lD and use it to log in to QRing.
Why does the ring automatically emit green light?
Green light is used for heart rate monitoring on the ring. If you turn on automatic heart rate monitoring, the ring will automatically light up. If you choose manual heart rate monitoring, it will not automatically light up. Our ring uses optical heart rate monitoring that has been certified by international authoritative institutions. Please feel free to use it . When setting up automatic heart rate detection, users may experience different power consumption and standby time due to the length of the heart rate measurement interval. lt is recommended to use a 30 minute heartrate monitoring.
